Returns & Refunds Policy

New Balcony are unable to offer refunds due to our products being custom built.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate measurements.

However, if any of our products fail to meet our exceptionally high standards, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing.

In the event of cancellation we will retain the deposit as all items are custom built to the particular measurements provided.
